These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Grush Systems, a service of Avandment LLC (“Grush Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Grush Systems provides websites and marketing systems for local businesses — including a professional website, lead capture, missed-call text-back, review automation, and booking. The specific scope is set out in your service agreement.
Fees & Payment
- Our services are offered on a flat monthly subscription of $297/month, which includes your website, hosting, and the lead system (lead capture, missed-call text-back, and review automation), as set out in your service agreement.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and either party may cancel with reasonable notice. If a website was built for you, you may retain it as described in your service agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate business information and any access we need to deliver the services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of messaging complies with applicable laws, including obtaining any required consent to contact your customers.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purpose.
No Guarantee of Results
We work hard to build systems that capture leads and book jobs, but we do not guarantee specific results, response rates, appointment volume, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, and your team’s follow-up.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future work and future billing. Fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law, as described in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grush Systems and Avandment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
